Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter softened
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Bread Flour ( or all purpose flour)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ cup of semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Step 1

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

 Spray pyrex baking bread loaf Dish

Step 3

 Mix together 4 ripe bananas  (I use my kitchen aid mixer with my paddle attachment)

Step 4

 Add Eggs, Sugar, and butter to the mixer (thoroughly mix together)

Step 5

Add baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, salt and cinnamon (thoroughly mix together)

Step 6

Add flour to the mix – ½ cup at time, sifting the flour (thoroughly mix together)

Step 7

Add the chocolate chips (mix together)

Step 8

Put the batter in the sprayed baking dish

Step 9

Cook for 45 minutes

Step 7

 Cover with foil and bake an additional 10-20 minutes (until done in the center)

Suggestions

Step 1

In a medium pot pour your oil until 1 inch deep (Peanut oil recommended: vegetable, canola would work as well)
