Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tbsp Louisiana-style hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mild paprika
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

Step 1

 In a food processor, blend Lemon juice, parsley, hot sauce, garlic, capers, worcestershire, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper until mixed well.

Step 2

 Add Mayonnaise and Mustard to the mixture and blend together.

Step 3

 Store in a jar or airtight container and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
