Ingredients

  • 14 ounce Package of Coleslaw mix
  • ⅛ Cup of Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of Apple Cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp of Hot Pickle juice
  • 12 Sweet/Hot Pickles
  • 1 Pickled Pepper from the Hot pickle juice

Intructions 

Step 1

 In a food processor, finely chop the coleslaw mix and put in a mixing bowl

Step 2

 In a food processor, blend sugar, dry mustard, salt Vinegar, pickle juice, pickled pepper until well combined and stir into the mixing bowl with the coleslaw mix.

Step 3

Roughly chop the pickles and add to the coleslaw

Step 4

 Store in an airtight container and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Suggestions

Step 1

  • Add more heat with Cayenne pepper
